We went here before the Mount Pleasant farmers market and couldn't be happier. Great service and great brunch.

Not closed and serving extraordinary food + hot chocolate!!! I'm dismayed that someone reported this restaurant closed. Yelp, can you update this? I'm sitting in a semi-packed house eating right now.

Great service, friendly staff, good prices.  Has been in the neighborhood for years, great place with no lines to grab a little sit-down breakfast.

Really authentic Mexican food. Great brunch. We had the huevos divorciado and the Migas. The mild red sauce was flavorful and  perfect for me. The green and red sauces on the divorciados were both hot and flavorful for my partner.  Low key. Friendly service.

In the war between migas and chilaquiles, who is the winner?! I didn't know myself, so I came to Don Jaime to try to figure it out.

The verdict: they are basically the SAME. Unless you have grown up making them yourself or eating them all day errrrryday, you won't be able to notice a big difference. Let me tell you that the migas here come more simpler than chilaquiles I have had, but they were tasty all the same. Get them with a side of rice, beans, or potatoes and fiesta morning is all set to start.

Tip: Red sauce (mild) has no spice, while green sauce (hot) is reaaal hot. My advice is go with red and add the green sauce that is already on the table to your heart's desire.
